Credit Authorization

By submitting a loan request through Cashew Financial LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you authorize us and our trusted lending partners to access your credit information for the purpose of evaluating your eligibility for a personal loan.

1. Authorization to Access Credit

You authorize Cashew Financial LLC and any affiliated third-party lenders to:

  • Obtain your credit report(s) and credit history from credit reporting agencies
  • Verify your identity, employment, and income information
  • Use the information collected to process your loan request and determine loan terms

2. Purpose

This authorization is strictly for:

  • Evaluating your eligibility for a loan
  • Providing you with loan offers or financial products
  • Supporting your use of the Debt Tracker and related app features

3. No Guarantee of Approval

Authorization to access your credit does not guarantee loan approval, funding, or specific loan terms. All loan decisions are made by the third-party lenders.

4. Privacy

Your credit information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal or credit information to third parties.

5. Revocation

You may revoke this authorization by contacting support@CashewFinancial.com, but revocation may prevent your loan request from being processed.

By submitting your request, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Credit Authorization.
